The Cavalry Court is a smoke-free hotel in College Station. To enhance air quality and contribute to the health and well-being of our Guests and Associates, Cavalry Court offers a smoke-free environment. Smoking is only permitted in the open air designated areas outside of the hotel. A cleaning fee will be assessed for any guestroom where smoking is found to have occurred.

Reservation confirmations are sent automatically within two hours of the reservation being completed.
Our Guarantee and Deposit Policy is that all reservations require a credit card to hold the reservation. A deposit is required only for specified offers requiring a deposit, pre-payment, which is specified at the time of booking.

Guest rooms are assigned by the Front Desk at check-in. Cavalry Court has a limited number of connecting rooms in king to double configuration. Requests for connecting or adjoining rooms or rooms nearby each other must be made in advance, and are subject to availability. To request a connecting or adjoining room, contact the front desk at the hotel directly prior to arrival day. The hotel will do its best to accommodate these requests, but cannot guarantee them. The hotel recommends choosing a specialty suite to guarantee connecting accommodations.
Cancellation is required 48 hours prior to the arrival date unless otherwise noted on special event dates. If you book a non-refundable reservation, this policy will not apply as there are not any refunds, for cancellations or any other reason, when you book a non-refundable reservation.

Parking behind Cavalry Court is free of charge for all overnight guests.
Garage Parking
The parking garage, located behind the Star Cinema Grill movie theater, features premium parking that is FREE for Cavalry Court and The George guest and Century Square patrons only.
Please take note of reserved parking signs, as these parking spaces are strictly enforced. Vehicles illegally parked may be cited or towed.
Valet Parking
Valet parking is available for all visitors and is located in front of The George and Cavalry Court hotels. Valet Parking includes in and out privileges and is subject to additional taxes.

Street Level Parking
Street-level parking is pay-to-park. You may pay for parking by texting Text 2 Park, clicking here, or by using the machines.
Meters are located throughout the property with easy-to-use instructions on-screen. Once you’ve paid, enter your license plate number, and no ticket will be given OR skip the line and pay with the T2 Mobile Pay on your phone, where you will be asked to insert your license plate number. All meters are card only. Credit cards process faster than debit.

Yes, transportation to and from Kyle Field on game days will be provided complimentary to all guest of Cavalry Court. Century Square service will begin 3 hours prior to kickoff and run continuously with the last drop off 1 and ½ hours post game. Join us post game in The Canteen Bar & Grill for live music and great libations.
No, the Cavalry Court does not offer an airport shuttle.
This Texas A&M hotel is approximately 3 miles from the Easterwood Airport. It is approximately a 5-8 minute drive to/from the hotel.
If you are not renting a car, a taxi cab is the best option. The approximate cost is $9.00-$12.00 each way to/from the hotel. A taxi cab may be obtained at the airport terminals upon arrival to the city. Uber service can be arranged through the Uber App. If a cab is needed upon departure of the hotel, our Guest Services department will be happy to assist you with booking one.

Requests for early check in are handled by the front desk on check in day. If availability permits, the request will be honored. Early check guarantee can be purchased at the time of booking. Check in time is 3:00pm and Check out time is 12:00pm.
Credit cards, debit cards, and cash are accepted methods of payment. Please be advised at check-in that Cavalry Court will authorize, not charge, your entire stay's room and tax plus $50 per day for incidentals. Your bank will typically place a hold on any authorizations including hotel authorizations. Funds put on hold by your bank cannot be used and will not be released for 72 hours or longer after your check-out date depending on the bank. Yes, there is a state cost recovery fee of $4.75 per room, per night.

Service animals are welcome. We follow the ADA's definition of a Service Animal: an animal specifically trained to perform a task for a disabled person. Disabilities include physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disabilities.
Please note: Emotional Support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, and are subject to pet fees and waivers at check-in.
Double occupancy is limited to two adults. Additional adults will result in added fees.

Package Processing Fees
There will be no charge for the first package the hotel receives for a guest that is:
- Within one week of the guest’s scheduled arrival
- Less than 50 lbs.
- Less than 5 cubic feet
A package processing fee will be charged for all additional packages of $5 each.
All packages, including the first, will be charged an additional $5 per week they remain in storage.
Additional fees may be assessed on an individual basis for exceptionally large or heavy packages, pallets, and/or skids.
