Hotel Policies

At check-in, Cavalry Court will authorize your credit or debit card for the amount of room and tax plus $50.00 per night for incidentals. Please note banking institutions can take between 3-5 business days to release the funds back to your account. The funds on hold will not be available to you during this time. If using a debit card, please be advised that the hold will directly take place upon your checking account. Please contact your financial institution for further clarification.

Check-in time 3:00pm and Check-out time 12:00pm

Age Requirement Minimum check-in age is 21. Valid identification is required at time of check-in.

The hotel offers a limited number of connecting rooms in king to double/double configuration. Requests for connecting rooms must be made in advance, are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and, if available, are assigned at check-in. To request a connecting or adjoining room, contact the front desk at the hotel directly prior to arrival day. The hotel will do its best to accommodate these requests, but cannot guarantee them. 

Double occupancy is limited to two adults. Additional adults will result in added fees.

Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date unless otherwise notated on special event dates. If you do not cancel your reservation within the cancellation period stated above, the forfeiture amount will be a 1-night stay plus applicable taxes.

Garage Parking:

The parking garage, located behind the Star Cinema Grill movie theater, features premium parking that is FREE for Cavalry Court and The George guest and Century Square patrons only.

Please take note of reserved parking signs, as these parking spaces are strictly enforced. Vehicles illegally parked may be cited or towed.

Valet Parking

Valet parking is available for all visitors and is located in front of The George and Cavalry Court hotels. Valet Parking includes in and out privileges and is subject to additional taxes.

Up to 3 Hours: $10

3+ Hours:  $30

Overnight: $33

Street Level Parking

Street-level parking is pay-to-park. You may pay for parking by texting Text 2 Park, clicking here, or by using the machines.

Meters are located throughout the property with easy-to-use instructions on-screen. Once you’ve paid, enter your license plate number, and no ticket will be given OR skip the line and pay with the T2 Mobile Pay on your phone, where you will be asked to insert your license plate number. All meters are card only. Credit cards process faster than debit.

Sunday parking is FREE, all day.

Cavalry Court does allow pets in designated pet-friendly rooms and designated public areas.  Pet fee and waiver are required at check-in. See details below.

The pet fee is $75 per pet, non-refundable.

  Two pets maximum are allowed.
• Are there any weight or breed limits?
  Yes, the weight limit is 70 pounds per pet.

Service animals are welcome. We follow the ADA's definition of a Service Animal: an animal specifically trained to perform a task for a disabled person. Disabilities include physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disabilities. 

Please note: Emotional Support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, and are subject to pet fees and waivers at check-in.

Reservation is guaranteed for late arrival. In the event the guest fails to check in to the hotel without canceling the reservation by 6:00pm, 24-hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, one night's room and tax will be charged.

Yes, there is a state cost recovery fee of $4.75 per room, per night, and a destination fee of $18 per room, per night.
